AI Video Creator & Social Media Executive
Create AI-powered short videos and run our social channels end to end - YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. You own the calendar, the posting, and the growth.
We're hiring someone who lives on short-form video and knows how to make AI tools do the heavy lifting - scripts to clips to captions, shipped daily.
You'll produce reels, shorts and promos for Ankivo and our clients, publish them across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, and own the content calendar. Your scoreboard is views, followers and consistency.
What you'll do
- Create short-form videos using AI tools like Higgsfield and HeyGen - avatars, b-roll, motion graphics
- Plan and own the weekly content calendar across YouTube, Instagram and Facebook
- Post daily, write hooks and captions, track what performs
- Repurpose client work and wins into engaging content
What we look for
- Hands-on awareness of modern AI video tools - Higgsfield, HeyGen, Runway, Kling, Veo, Pika or similar (name the ones you have actually used)
- AI image generation for thumbnails and posts - Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar
- Editing chops with CapCut, Premiere or DaVinci to finish what the AI starts
- A feel for what performs on reels and shorts - hooks, pacing, trends
- Consistency - daily output matters more than occasional brilliance
- Basic English + Hindi writing for captions; freshers welcome with a portfolio that shows taste
